Appeals

Attorney O’Karma has been working in Appellate Law for almost 15 years now. As recent as September of 2014, Peter has been granted admission to the Committee for Public Counsel Services‘ Post Conviction Panel. This allows Peter to accept criminal appeals directly from the Commonwealth, furthering this office’s goal of providing quality representation to people from all walks of life, especially the impoverished and downtrodden.
